Stock Grading Explained
The descriptions below serve as a general guide to the condition and physical history of items, such as being sold and returned or clearance from a store or warehouse. When dealing with returns and trade job lots, you may encounter both good and bad parcels. We do not guarantee the overall condition of individual parcels or the stock within and do not accept returns on any goods. If you are unsure, please refrain from purchasing.
Please be aware that there may be a stock discrepancy of +/- on any pallet. We ask customers to accept these variations. Additionally, understand that you may lose some or all of the money spent when buying return grade goods of any kind.
Our stock comes from various retail outlets. Some outlets check and grade their stock, while others sell raw returns. This diversity is reflected in the range of grades we offer.
Clearance
These stocks have been cleared by the source company to make way for new inventory. Although not sold as 'brand new,' they have never been sold or sent to customers. Most of this stock comes from warehouses of major mail order and high street companies in the UK and is believed to be in perfect condition. However, in rare circumstances seconds or warehouse-damaged goods are possible.
Returns
This is graded based on the items' history, such as being sold to a retail buyer and then returned. You may find used, faulty, and damaged items within this grade, including some that are only useful for parts and possibly some scrap items..
EX CHAINSTORE
Ex-chain store items were originally made for major UK high street chain stores but were canceled due to overstock or late delivery. Store labels should be removed, cut, or blacked out according to the requirements of the chain stores to protect their rights and prevent unauthorised returns. Labels are removed by the manufacturer or wholesalers. All clothing items have labels with sizing, washing instructions, and fabric content.
Resellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all ex-chain store items meet these requirements before resale.
RETURNS PALLETS/ STOCK
A returns pallet is a bulk collection of returned goods from various retailers, sold at a significant discount. These pallets often include a diverse range of products such as electronics, clothing, home goods, furniture, garden accessories, tools and more. Items in a returns pallet can vary in condition, from brand new and unopened to slightly used or even damaged. For resellers, returns pallets offer an opportunity to acquire inventory at a low cost, potentially yielding a high profit margin when resold individually. The assortment of goods in each pallet can be unpredictable, making it a venture that combines both risk and reward.
Disclaimer:
The contents of a returns pallet are sold "as-is" and may include items in varying conditions, including new, used, or damaged products. By purchasing a returns pallet, you acknowledge and accept that these items have been previously returned, and their condition is not guaranteed. We do not provide warranties or guarantees regarding the functionality, quality, or completeness of the items contained within a returns pallet. All sales are final, with no returns, exchanges, or refunds accepted. As a reseller, please evaluate the potential risks and rewards before purchasing.
